Good customer service means helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner. It's essential to be able to handle issues for customers and to do our best to ensure they are satisfied. What’s something that most people wouldn’t know about you?
I served my apprenticeship as a plumber and continued plumbing for 12 years before eventually falling in to the automotive trade.

If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Frank Sinatra. Not only is he one of the best-selling music artists of all time, his swing music and his personality on stage was phenomenal. I would love to have a conversation with him about his personal side of life and what made him tick.

Would you rather fight one horse-sized duck, or 100 duck-sized horses? Explain!
I would rather fight one horse-sized duck to keep my focus and attention on one problem instead of a 100.

What superpower would you most like to have any why?
The ability to fly so that I could travel the world on the cheap!
